To make your request for projection media, sound or lighting services, contact the Scheduling/Catering office at 618.536.6633 at least ten days prior to your event and provide:
- Your organization's name and address
- Your organization's account number / billing information
- Name, address and phone number of contact person
- Type of event and attendance expected
- Location of event
- Times your event will begin and end
- Specific equipment needed
- Time the equipment must be ready
- Any special requirements
